Administration
After Precision Group's IT team has established a secure, personalised, Administration interface with Username and Password you are able to upload, organise and update all the files and images you wish to make available at any time. You then allow access to this material by sending a secure login link and details to your trusted customers and/or users.
File Management
You can manage your Digital Assets as you wish, creating and naming Folders for easy access and reference. Most file formats can be uploaded and you are able to add, delete, replace and edit your files at any time. Everything within your site is secure and only available to those who have your login details ... it's all very much like a high security bank vault.
File Selection
Your approved users will find it easy to make their choice as each file is captioned and has a thumbnail image (as shown on the previous slide). The file selection is like most systems, by clicking on an item a full page version can be viewed including all the details, specifications, notes, etc as well as a 'Select' button.
File Downloading
All the selected files are placed into a 'cart' where the user can view and inspect them again to make sure they have all the files they need, or delete ones they don't require. The selected files are then assembled into a single Zip file and sent directly to the user's desktop ... and all this happens with no, or minimal, involvement on your company's part.
