Cobb Northwood currently sits at market leader amongst the other 11 Cobb & Co’s within the brand nationwide. This has been achieved consistently since April 2007, sales have risen by 37% over 2006 with another 23% for 2007. Our increased sales can best be summed up with having an initial 18 staff working at the restaurant on my arrival, I now employ 48 staff.

In desperate need of some marketing I approached PRECISION design-print-web with an initial query about some printing quotes for various ideas & though this was replicated with other agencies, they were the first to offer a visit on premise to discuss my ideas. The brief was to help me change the restaurant with some bright, funky & eye catching marketing material to add a bit of class to what has been a neglected brand with dull marketing previously produced en mass for the brand nationwide.

I initially started with some A5 flyers advertising our weekly foundation offers that were used as a mail drop & customer hand out, this flyer has contributed to the success of getting the people back into the restaurant on discounted mid week specials. From there I had our Beverage Lists designed to sit on the table & be noticed by the customer, the production & design of our Pre-Xmas & Xmas Menus, the design of our new Kids Menu, and the production of Banners for internal & external marketing.

In my role as National Operations Manager for the group I rolled out the Kids Menu that PRECISION design-print-web designed nationwide, this was voted by all Franchisee as the best thing to happen in years. The Xmas Menu designed for Northwood was also used by all Restaurants nationwide. Two other Franchisees liked the look of Northwood marketing material to the extent they have replicated this at their Restaurants. It is no coincidence that these two Restaurant are second & third in sales for the brand. The service & speed of delivery of all printed material has been paramount in my decision to continue our relationship and more recently I launched Weekend Breakfast. From initial brief & planning to finally giving actual copy was painless & only took 2 days to deliver hardcopy on site. Many times I have discussed ideas with Julija & had quotes drawn up, some of these never came to fruition, however those that did were what I can sum up as having contributed to the success of this Restaurant.

Peter, Julija & Matt have visited the restaurant several times to gain perspective on our market & environment, this was helpful to both parties when planning the next marketing initiatives to suit our customers, the restaurant  & my budget.

The team at Precision were absolutely wonderful! From suggestions on the best ways to print our catalogue to make the most of our product, through to producing great looking business cards. The end product is high-quality and exactly what we wanted. Their fast turn-around was great when we ran out of business cards while presenting at a show. Just a few hours after placing the call, the business cards were delivered to our door.
